Dely2me Website Privacy Notice


This Privacy Notice is provided, also pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code – to users (“Users”) who interact with the website www.dely2me.com (“Website”) and its proprietary mobile platforms (the “App”), in order to inform them about the purposes and methods of processing personal data concerning them. This Notice is provided only with reference to the Website and the App and not to any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. Specific short-form notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the Website and App pages prepared for particular on-demand services.

  1. a) Browsing data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Website and App acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.


This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.


This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Website and App, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and IT environment.


These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and the App and to check their correct functioning, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of alleged cyber crimes to the detriment of the Website: except for this eventuality, at present web contact data are not stored for more than seven days.


No personal data of Users are otherwise acquired by the Website for this purpose.

Cookies are used on the website www.dely2me.com and in the App. Cookies are computer records of information transmitted by a web server to the user’s computer for the future identification of that computer during subsequent visits to the same website. These tools ensure the proper operation of the Website and the App and allow web applications to send information to individual users.
